How frequently do you visit?

Your Mailbox Concierge will arrive either 3 days a week or 5 days a week, to bring your mail and any packages left at the curb or gate. We can also serve you on an as-needed basis if you so choose.

Can I stop service at any time?

Absolutely! We are a subscription service and operate weekly. If you need to pause or cancel service, just let us know through the online form.

I have a gate at my property?

That’s fine. Just let us know any gate access codes to enter your property and we will place all mail and packages right at the front door. If you have any pets, please let us know.

Are your concierges’ trustworthy?

Definitely! We background check all of our concierges’ and maintain liability insurance to cover and protect you against any delivery or property damage.

What else does your company offer?

While we bring mail & packages to your front door, we also offer much more. We have an A La Carte menu for those one-off or recurring services you desire. Hit the Request Service button to see our other services.

What about inclement weather?

If your porch area doesn’t provide cover from the elements, we secure your mail in a water-proof pouch. We can also store in another location of your choosing.
